There are a TON of sites out there that will offer "prizes" such as gift ards or even cash in exchange for your "participation" in thier offers. While most of these are scams, there are a few that have been around awhile. If you pay attention to what you are doing these websites can be a great place to pick up gifts or luxuries you would not otherwise spring for. (I have gotten lots of gift cards this way, and right now am working on a WII for my son for Christmas.

First off, I'll explain how to actually get the prizes. Then I'll explain in a bit more detail how to get the points needed to get the prizes. After that, I'll explain custom prizes. Then I'll say the alternative way of getting points, and finish off with a smaller version of everything above, in case somebody read through everything already and just wanted to make sure they were doing the right thing.
How to get the prizes: In order to get the prizes, you need to get points. You redeem the points that you gain and choose a prize.
How to get the points: In order to get the points, you will need to complete surveys/offers from advertisements. You have a choice of Free Offers, Credit Card Required Offers (Free), Credit Card Required Offers (Not Free), and Cellphone Offers. Cellphone offers charge you $10 to $20 per month, unless you text STOP to the number listed on their site. I NEVER do any offer other than Free Offers, since the rest cost money. Even the Free Credit Card Required offers charge you eventually unless you cancel, so I just don't bother. But if you want to, you can do them!
Custom Prizes: There are many prizes on the websites, but sometimes those prizes just aren't what you are looking for. If you want to order something that isn't on the website, just click on "Custom Order"! You can order things from Ebay, Amazon, and basically anywhere else! You only have to convert your points into dollars using their point calculator on the same page, and insert the website's name. Then you wait for your order to get approved and shipped!
Referrals: If you ever get tired of completing surveys/offers, all you have to do is refer some friends or family! When you sign up, if you click on a link, you get your own referral link. Lets say your referral link was

When somebody goes to that website and sign up, then they actually sign up under you. If the person you reffered makes points, you get 20% of them! BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you refer someone and they make 100 points, it's NOT like you get 20 and they get 80. It IS like you getting 20 and the person you reffered getting 100! So if you are referred by someone else, you DO NOT lose any points, but the person who reffered you makes some points!
